The Vegan Artist, Catherine March, a graduate of the American Academy of Art in Chicago, is an artist, author, chef, graphic designer, traveler, and publisher working as “The Vegan Artist”
She is the author, illustrator, designer, and publisher of several books. Her award-winning cookbook, “The Vegan Artist, Plant-Based Is Easy” and accompanying “Food Journal" plus her children’s books: “Plant Powered Polly Visits the Farm” and “Benny the Escape Artist”.

Her store sells her books, framed and unframed giclee prints, greeting cards, tote bags, and ornaments. All products feature Catherine’s original artwork.
