Are there multiple day tickets?
We will be pleased to hear that you found value in the show and want to return a second day. Tickets are good for one day only admission.
Is ample parking available and what is the charge?
$15 parking available at various lots around the National Western Complex. Shuttle is available from Lots G, H & I. Please click here for parking map.
Are wheelchairs available?
Yes, they are free of charge; however they are on a first come, first serve basis and very limited in number.
Are scooters available?
No, there are no scooters available.
Can I bring my pet?
We love our furry friends and want to keep them safe. This is not possible with all of the crowds, strollers, and foods. Please leave them safely at home. Trained and certified guide dogs or service animals for guests with disabilities are permitted.
Do you have a coat or baggage check?
We do have a bag check for purchased items at the Exhange4Creativity booth (#732), and they will even gift wrap them while you head back out to shop. We unfortunately do not have a personal item bag check or coat check at this time.
Can I bring a backpack?
Yes, you can.
Can I bring my own food into the show?
No. All food and beverage must be purchased concession station provided in The National Western Complex.
I’d like to avoid crowds. When is the best time to attend the show?
To avoid crowds Friday afternoon, or any evening would be the best time to visit the show.
Is there food available for purchase?
Yes, there are several concessions stands available.
Is there any Hotel information if we want to stay nearby?
We have negotiated discounted rates at the following hotels:

Will Santa be at the show?
Yes - Santa will be making a stop at the Denver Christmas Show each day from 12pm - 4pm to hear your wish list and take pictures!
Santa is so excited to take pictures with all of you at the show and hear what you want for Christmas. The ho ho health and safety of our exhibitors, staff and guests is our top priority. To keep all of our guests, as well as Santa Claus himself safe, while at the show, we are no longer able to permit guests to sit on Santa’s lap. Don’t worry! You may sit or stand next to him for your photos or videos.

Are strollers allowed?
Yes - we ask that you please bring strollers that are only a single bassinet wide.
Are there places to take a break in the event?
Stop by our Shoppers Lounge, Sponsored by All American Gutter Protection, to relax as you fill your arms with goodies shopping for all your loved ones. There are also two other food areas to take a rest within the show floor.
